TERMS OF SERVICE

PRODUCT INFORMATION 

Pricing: Reseller must agree and adhere to a minimum advertised price point for all products. Please refer to our current MAP MSRP Price List.
3rd Party Resale Restrictions: Reseller is prohibited from selling our brand products on 3rd party eCommerce marketplaces, such as Amazon and eBay.
Product Naming Restrictions: GREENGUARD and GG Equine are registered trademarks and should be used in product names and descriptions for any GREENGUARD and GG Equine brand products. Reseller may not rename the product or add their brand name to any products. 
Product Images: Reseller may use product images for advertising and marketing of GG Equine and GREENGUARD products.
  

SHIPPING AND ORDER REQUIREMENTS

How to order: Order through our website - see instructions here. Please allow 10 business days lead time (M-F excluding holidays) for purchase order acceptance and fulfillment, as well as a reasonable amount of time for standard shipping. 

Minimum Order Quantity: We currently do not have minimum order quantity requirements.

Shipping Problems and Exchanges: Reseller should contact carrier regarding shipment delays or problems after order has shipped. Reseller has ten (10) days from the date shipment arrives to inspect the products and notify us of any discrepancies in the quantity or quality of the products. If incorrect or defective items are received, we will exchange the items at no charge. 

END-USER CUSTOMER SUPPORT

We provide all end-user customer support for all of our products, including products sold through resellers. If your customer is having any type of problem with their product, please have them contact us directly at support@gg-equine.com. We stand behind our products and our customer service! 

RETURNS

Customer Returns: End-user customers have 30 days from the point of sale (POS) to return products for any reason for a refund. Reseller should collect all return to vendor (RTV) items and ship them to us at the end of each year in order to receive reimbursement. Please contact us to receive prior authorization and return shipping address. Reseller is responsible for return shipping cost. 

Warranty Policy: We offer a 1-year, one-time replacement warranty on all grazing muzzles for end-user customers which begins at POS purchase date. Customers should contact us directly at support@gg-equine.com regarding warranty claims.
