Before You Start a Return—Contact Us First!

Having an issue with your product? We can likely help!

Before sending anything back, please reach out to us. We have years of hands-on experience with our full product line—especially the GreenGuard Grazing Muzzle—and developed most of the accessory items ourselves. Many common issues, like rubbing or escaping, can be resolved with a quick fit adjustment or a simple tweak.

Domestic Returns (U.S. Only)

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, even if the item has been used—just be sure it's clean before sending it back.

To start a return:

Email us at support@gg-equine.com with your order number, the items you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. We'll send you:

  • A return form

  • A prepaid shipping label

  • Step-by-step instructions for sending your item(s) back

Returns After 30 Days

We accept returns beyond 30 days only if the item is brand new, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Please note:

  • A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
